The traditional Heart of Finland Open will be organized also in summer 2026! The tournament is an open 9-round Swiss. Total prize fund for 140 players is min. 10 000 € and first prize min. 2 500 €. It is possible to achieve FIDE title norms (GM, IM, WGM, WIM) in the tournament. Discounts for early registrations made latest on 31st of March / May.
