Alice Lee won the 2026 Women’s Speed Chess Championship by defeating Hou Yifan 11.5–9.5 in the Grand Final.
The match entered the bullet section tied at 7.5–7.5. Lee then scored four of the final six points to take the title.
In the last game, Hou had multiple chances to force tiebreaks before Lee clinched the championship.
