Aarit Kapil earns second IM norm and wins Rudar GM round robin

Ten-year-old FM Aarit Kapil earned his second IM norm and won the Rudar XXXVA GM round robin in Serbia with 6/9.

He secured the norm with one round to spare, then completed the nine-round event in clear first place. The final player card records a 2527 performance and a 47.2-point rating gain.

Kapil completed an unbeaten campaign of three wins and six draws.
