17-year-old Bivor Adak earns IM title with final norm in Sarajevo

Seventeen-year-old Bivor Adak has earned the International Master title after completing his third and final IM norm at the Chess Summer Sarajevo IM Round Robin in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Kolkata player also scored his second IM norm in Sarajevo, at the GM Mix tournament. His first norm came at the Sants Open in Barcelona, where he crossed the 2400 rating threshold.
