Levon Aronian builds 2.5-point lead at Biel Masters
The rapid-stage winner has extended his advantage as classical play begins in Biel.

Levon Aronian leads the Biel Masters Triathlon with 10.5 points after the opening classical round, 2.5 points clear at the top.
The latest official table shows Aronian extending the advantage he built by winning the rapid stage. He added 1.5 points as classical play began and remains alone in first place.
The Masters section continues with its classical phase before the concluding blitz stage.
