Aronian and Finek carry Biel leads into final stage
The Masters leader is four points clear and the Generations Challenge leader three points clear after the blitz qualifier.
Levon Aronian leads the Biel Masters Triathlon with 25 points after the rapid, classical and blitz qualifier segments. Aydin Suleymanli is second on 21, while Le Quang Liem and Yagiz Kaan Erdogmus share third on 19.5.
In the parallel Biel Generations Challenge, Vaclav Finek leads with 28 points. Xiao Tong is second on 25 and Marco Materia third on 23.
The top four in each section advance to the final stage, which begins Tuesday and runs through Thursday.
