Praggnanandhaa keeps two-point Saint Louis lead after six rapid rounds
A Round 5 win and Round 6 draw moved the rapid leader to 9/12 with three rounds remaining.
Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu finished Day 2 of the 2026 Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz rapid event alone in first place on 9/12, two points clear with three rapid rounds remaining.
He defeated Awonder Liang in Round 5 before drawing Wesley So in Round 6. The other four Round 6 games were also drawn.
Javokhir Sindarov is alone in second on 7/12. The Day 1 report covered the leader's opening two wins and one draw.
